DELIVERY POLICY.

The minimum order on the website is 150 euros, and delivery within Nice is free. Delivery within the region 2 euros per 1 km.
Same-day delivery can be ordered not later than 10:00 on the day of delivery, for orders received after 10am will be delivered the next day. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order on the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

For orders requiring re-routing or payment, there will be an additional 2EUR per 1 km and other spends delivery charge.

If you have any special delivery instructions please leave them in the "delivery instructions" box whilst you are checking out. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us within 24 business hours of your expected delivery date. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or canceled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery. Should you fail to be present for your delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.

We offer delivery to St. Tropez if you order before in 24 hours. Any orders placed after 24 hours will be delivered the next day. The minimum order for delivery in St. Tropez is 500 euro and the delivery is 2EUR per 1 km.

CANCELLATION.

We can cancel any order 24 hours before the requested delivery time, please just email or call us and let us know. 

Modification or cencel of your order may not be possible If we have already ordered and paid directly for your order flowers from the supplierif it has already been dispatched to our Production Team, or dispatched from our Fulfillment Center. 

REPLACEMENT/RETURNS POLICY.

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Your happiness is our happiness! We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have a full day after receiving the product/flowers to request a replacement.

To be eligible for replacement, the product or flowers must be in the same condition that you received them; stems not intentionally cut shorter and with its original packaging (to avoid further damage on the flowers in the process of return to us).

Contact us at info.mazurflowers@gmail.com immediately if you're unsatisfied with your flowers. Kindly include a photo or video clip so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy accordingly. 

Our Quality Control Team will conduct an assessment, and you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Support Team within a few minutes if replacement is approved. If the same product or flowers are no longer available by the time the replacement is approved, we will offer a different variety or the closest alternative. Upon redelivery we will take the faulty stems or bunch, so please do not send them to trash. Products returned to us without prior request will not be accepted. 

REFUND POLICY.

We strictly do not offer refunds as our products are considered perishable, unless we are unable to process your order or unable to deliver a product based on the website descriptions or delivery terms. We may offer alternative products/flowers instead, as bank charges for transaction reversal may be higher than the amount to refund. For payments made from an overseas bank account, the refund amount that you will receive may also slightly differ from what we intend to transfer to your account due to currency fluctuations.

In case you decide to modify your order for any reason aside from those mentioned in this clause, we will offer the refund amount (either in full or the difference) in form of store credit, in the name you used to place the purchase. The total value of the credit amount will be confirmed to you via email. Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Production Team or from our Fulfillment Center. In the latter case, delivery and return charges will be paid by the customer and this will be deducted from the refund amount issued in the form of store credit.

 

In special cases, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you wish to return any accessories, you can do so within 14 days of the date on which you place your order and we will refund to you the price you paid for the products along with the standard delivery cost for those products. Please reach out to us directly in case you are not satisfied and we will assess your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
